You can reserve, but you don't have to. Feel free to come in for a drink or a seat at the bar. For dinner, a group of six or more guests, or a table on Friday and Saturday nights, you'd better reserve in advance, via the RESERVE button at the top of the page or by phone at 023 512 5309.

We serve lunch from 12:00 to 16:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, bites from 12:00 to 23:00, and dinner from 17:00 to 22:00. The current opening hours per day are listed at the bottom of each page and on the contact page.

The center of Haarlem is a car-free zone. Parking garage De Appelaar

is located fifty meters from the door and is the closest parking spot.

Starting with ten guests, we make a customized proposal, either in the restaurant or in the Imperial Room, our private room with its own bar for groups of up to two hundred guests.

Yes, of course! Behind The Governor you will find a second large bar and in addition, our (party) room. You can come here for meetings, parties and events. For smaller groups we can also reserve a nice spot in the restaurant.

Yes. The entrance to the hotel is wheelchair accessible and also provides access to the restaurant. There is a disabled toilet available.
